Facilities

The club has a wide range of woodturning equipment including multiple lathes, small and large bandsaws, latest sharpening equipment, a wide range of chucks, chisels and accessories. There is also a magazine and DVD library for members to borrow. The latest AV equipment is used for demonstrations and during sessions.

New members basic skills

All new members receive guidance to help them develop basic skills during their initial weeks with the Club and thereafter experienced members are always available to guide and assist.

Group Projects

Participation in group projects to help members develop new skills

Demonstrations

On the 3rd Saturday of each month we have demonstrations from experienced members or from a gust presenter from outside the Club. These demonstration will be about a woodcraft related subject and are free to members.

Shared Skills

The willingness of every member of the Club to share their skills and knowledge is a key to our success and longevity as a Club.
